If you only have one large frying pan at home and suddenly there are a whole crowd of people, then this is the optimal vegetarian snack to feed everyone quickly and to their fill. The number of ingredients is arbitrary - how many things there are. The main thing is to add more fresh grass at the end - thanks to it, dinner will turn into a whole vacation in the Caucasian or Mediterranean wilderness (depending on the set of herbs, of course).
What we take:
Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onions, several stalks of celery, eggplant, zucchini, canned beans, bell peppers, 3-4 tomatoes, cilantro, basil and any other herbs, pepper and salt
How we cook:
We take vegetables and cut them according to the usual rule: the harder the finer and vice versa. First, fry the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and eggplant, gradually add all the other vegetables, beans - at the very last moment. We do not regret vegetable oil, add soy sauce more carefully (you can do without it at all), garlic and chopped herbs - a couple of minutes before the end. The main thing is not to grind - the vegetables should crunch slightly - very slightly -. And if you have already added soy sauce, very carefully with salt, it is better to add salt in a torch than spoil a full frying pan of excellent food.
